| Course Description | The aim of the lab is to introduce to the student all basic components of digital design. Taking this lab will enable the student to understand and utilize digital components such as counter, registers, memories, multiplexers and decoders in order to implement logic functions. In addition, microprocessors should be introduced towards the end of the course, and simple assembly language programs should be written to implement functions such as addition, multiplication and so on. |
