Prof. Dr. Abdelkader Abdelkarim, Dean of the Institute, Welcomes Mr. Zhengming Wang, Director of Vivo Global Mobile Manufacturing Company

Prof. Dr. Abdelkader Abdelkarim, Dean of the Institute, officially received Mr. Zhengming Wang, Director of Vivo Global Mobile Manufacturing Company. The meeting was also attended by Ms. Nadia Hussein, Human Resources Manager at Vivo, and Dr. Nour Said, Supervisor of the Graduate Care and Employment Department at the Institute.

The visit commenced with a comprehensive tour showcasing the Institute’s physical infrastructure that supports the educational process, including buildings, departmental laboratories, student activities, and student achievements in projects and awards from both local and international competitions.

Following the tour, a meeting was held to discuss avenues for mutual cooperation and to strengthen constructive communication based on shared benefits between the Institute and the company. The meeting concluded with the initiation of joint coordination in the following areas:

• Graduate employment
• Field training for students
• Field visits for faculty members and students
• Utilizing the advanced capabilities available at the company’s factory to support joint projects
