A word from the Director of the Quality Assurance Unit
Quality in education is concerned with improving the educational process and administrative processes that support achieving a qualitative shift in teaching, learning, scientific research, community service, and developing the surrounding environment, through applying a package of educational and administrative practices with continuous development of those practices by strengthening the strengths and improving the points that need improvement and documenting those practices with evidence.
This advancement can only be achieved through the concerted and integrated efforts of all concerned parties, including the institution’s administration, faculty members, supporting staff, members of the administrative staff, students, graduates, and community parties.
This is to prepare a qualified graduate with scientific knowledge, skill competencies and the ability to self-learn, to be able to fulfill the requirements of the labor market, in light of international quality standards, achieve sustainable development and the ability to compete locally, regionally and internationally.
The Quality Assurance Unit at the Higher Technological Institute aims to fulfill the requirements and standards of the National Authority for Educational Quality Assurance and Accreditation, by spreading a culture of quality and following up on continuous development processes in educational and administrative practices in a comprehensive sense in light of the Institute’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives and in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
