Announcement regarding the surveys for the current semester – October 2025

Dear Students,
 Considering the importance of student feedback as part of the continuous improvement and development process of the educational system at the institute,
 please complete all surveys related to the first semester of the current academic year 2025/2026, taking note of the following:

1. Students who complete all course surveys will be allowed to register for next semester’s courses on their designated day during the morning session, according to the announced schedule.
2. Registration will be open for all students during the evening session of the same day, according to the announced schedule.
3. Surveys can be completed starting today until the end of Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
4. Please ensure accuracy and objectivity when filling out the surveys, as this impacts improvement measures.
5. Please note that survey analysis results are shared with academic departments, faculty members, and teaching assistants without revealing student identities, to develop improvement and enhancement plans for the educational process.
6. Each student is required to complete surveys for all courses listed on their registration card.
7. For students in their final semester at the institute, a graduation survey must be completed, as it is necessary to receive the graduation certificate.
