The Higher Technological Institute in 10th of Ramadan City announces its need for two IT Help Desk staff members for the Systems and Information Technology Department, to be hired on a contractual basis according to the following conditions: 1- A university degree in Computer Engineering or a Bachelor's in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification. 2- At least one year of experience in the following tasks: • Proficient in computer maintenance, working with printers, installing software, and operating systems. • Skilled in setting up networks, configuring them, and sharing devices and printers over the network. • Proficient in handling surveillance cameras, NVR devices, and their installation. 3- Age must not exceed 30 years as of the end date of the announcement. 4- Possession of a military service certificate (completed or exempted).
