Announcement for Transfer Students to the Institute for the Academic Year 2025/2026 Wishing all our students the very best. In line with the issuance of this year’s transfer circular by the Ministry, please be informed that the Institute will begin receiving transfer applications from students transferring to the Institute starting Tuesday, 12/8/2024. The acceptance of transfer documents will continue until the Institute reaches the number of students allocated, in accordance with the Ministry’s instructions. Please also note that the terms and regulations governing transfers, as issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, will apply. For students transferring from the first level “Preparatory” Engineering, applicants will be ranked based on their General Secondary Certificate (Thanaweya Amma) grades or equivalent. For Business Administration, Computer Science, and second-level Engineering (specialization students), selection will be based on the order of application submission to the Institute, with the final number of accepted students determined according to the Ministry’s guidelines. A transfer from one faculty to a different faculty is called a non-equivalent transfer (without credit transfer).
